We offer trackable shipping, with free shipping on orders over €95. Delivery times can vary by destination, carrier, customs handling, holidays, and order volume.
EU orders usually arrive within approximately 4-8 business days.
International orders usually arrive within approximately 4-12 business days.
These are the usual shipping times for most orders. Rare delays can happen and may be outside our control.
We cover customs duties and taxes for orders shipped to the EU, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.
For other destinations, customs duties or import fees may occasionally apply. In those cases, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable charges required for delivery.
If a product is marked as pre-order, it normally takes about 1-4 weeks before it ships. A pre-order means you are reserving a product before it becomes available in stock. We usually restock products 1-3 times per month.
If a package is not picked up, it can only be re-delivered when the carrier offers that option. It cannot be refunded only because it was not collected.
If a shipment is marked as delivered, we cannot provide a refund or replacement for a stolen package. We are not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are sent to our location in Denmark.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return does not meet these requirements, we cannot issue a refund.
To initiate a return, please click here and enter your order details. All returns must be submitted through the return request process. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, the return window is closed and the request is no longer eligible.
Once your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After your return has been shipped, provide the tracking number and shipping carrier through the same return page by selecting “Enter shipment details.” This allows us to monitor the return and process it as quickly as possible.

The customer is responsible for all costs connected to the return process, including any potential customs duties. If customs duties apply, we will send a secure payment link before processing a refund or exchange.
Products marked as final sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must ship the product back to our return location in Denmark.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be sent automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
